Our suggestion for a successful Christmas celebration in Zillertal:
Get a cozy start with hot chestnuts and Glühwein (spiced wine) / punch on the hotel terrace

Roast venison in juniper sauce with apple cinnammon red cabbage and dumplings or
Pork filet stuffed with prunes on top of pumpkin and potato puree
