Clothing
When you go to a therapy session, it is best
if you wear a comfortable bathrobe and flipflops.
For special treatments we will give you
disposable briefs in the cabin.
Appointment booking
In order to be able to offer the best service, we
kindly ask you to already book your favorite
treatments when you book your rooms. However,
you can of course also reserve appointments
at our hotel reception as well as at our
Spa reception.
Check in
Please be at the appointment 5 minutes earlier
than scheduled, so you can enjoy a cup of tea
and start getting in the mood for the treatment.
We try to start all treatments on time.
Running late
In case you are late we are convinced you
will be ok with us changing or shortening the
treatment.
Silence and relaxation
The majority of our guests in the wellness
area are looking for silence and relaxation.
We kindly ask you to respect this fact, and
therefore, please do not bring mobile phones
to your appointment.
Medical informations
Please inform us about medical particularities
because some treatments might not be recommendable
for some medical conditions.
Pregnancy
We have put together a special package for
this wonderful time. Of course we are looking

Cancellation

It is certainly possible to cancel an appointment
for a treatment 12 hours in advance without any
charges. We thank you for your understanding
