Safe hospitality is very important at the Schiestl
We take the current situation very seriously and nevertheless we try to ensure a safe, feel-good atmosphere for our guests. We deal with the issue of Covid-19 with respect.
No Facemasks in the hotel
From July 1st, 2021, a mask is no longer required, that means guests and employees who can provide 3-G proof no longer have to wear a mask in the hotel.
Our employees are trained in all measures related to Covid prevention. We have our own prevention concept for the hotel. In addition, our employees undergo ongoing tests.
Entry test - 3-G, tested, vaccinated or recovered
Negative PCR test (valid for 72 hours)
Negative antigen test (valid for 24 hours)
Antigen test for personal use (digital): only if this is recorded in an official data processing system (valid for 24 hours)
Vaccination: Proof of vaccination certificate, vaccination card or printout (valid for 1 year from 22 days after the first vaccination)
Recovery: separation notice, antibody test (valid for 6 months)#
Testing for hotel guests
Our guests have to do a self-test every day under supervision. We organize the self-test. These tests are not necessary for guests who are vaccinated or have recovered.
We offer our guests disinfection options for their hands at the entrances and in the buffet area. However, disinfecting your hands is no substitute for thorough hand washing. We therefore ask all guests to wash their hands regularly to protect everyone. You will also find disinfectants in the wellness area and swimming pools.
Since July 1st, 2021, there are no longer any minimum distance rules. Nevertheless, all guests ask to behave respectfully towards other guests and employees.
In the cleaning area, we continue to work to a very high standard and ensure that all areas are disinfected.
Fresh air supply
The general areas of the hotel are ventilated several times a day to ensure an increased supply of fresh air.
As much as we would like to shake hands to greet you or hug our friends, this is currently not possible. Despite the distance, our greeting comes from the heart and we look forward to welcoming you.
You can decide for yourself whether you want daily room cleaning or just the initial cleaning. If you do not want the room to be cleaned, please hang the red card on the room. You can also exchange your towels for the swimming pool and the sauna area at the reception or in the vitality center.
