Current cancellation conditions
- Up to 14 days before arrival the cancellation is for free
- From 14 days before arrival, we charge 50 % of the holiday price
- From 5 days before arrival, we charge 70 % of the holiday price
- In the event of no show, we charge 90 % of the holiday price
- Only written cancellations are valid!

The prices quoted are given per person per day. There is an additional local tax of € 1.50 per day and person aged 15 and over. This price list invalidates all previous price lists. If you happen to make a mistake when confirming your reservation, the conditions stated in the holiday information apply.

Child discounts
As a first-class Family Hotel in the Ziller Valley, we do of course offer first-class discounts and price reductions for children in their parents' room or for singles with children.
In the parents' room

The discount applies to two full-paying guests. No reduction in the family apartments.
Our tip: Two children under the age of ten stay for FREE during our “Children's Weeks” (when staying in the parents' bedroom - with two full paying adults)!

Pets
Please notify us of pets when making your reservation. We add a surcharge of € 15.00 per day, without food.
Please also understand that your four-legged friend is not permitted access to the dining room and wellness area.
