Where is the Wohlfühlhotel Schiestl located?
In Fügen in the Zillertal, Tyrol — Hochfügener-Straße 107, 6264 Fügenberg. Just 150 meters from the Spieljochbahn valley station.
How do I get there?
By car - Hochfügener-Straße 107, 6264 Fügenberg - or using the GPS coordinates (N 47° 33.7255 E 11° 84.1019) or an online route planner. We recommend taking the train to Jenbach (with trains running every half hour into the Zillertal) - it’s often no slower than driving and much less stressful.
Is there a pickup service from the train station?
Yes, a free shuttle service is available from the Fügen or Jenbach train station, provided you notify us of your arrival or departure time in advance.
Are there charging stations for electric cars?
Yes, six Type 2 charging stations (22.2 kW, plus a Schuko outlet at 3.7 kW), with electricity from renewable sources. Parking is free while your vehicle is charging.

What kinds of pools are there?
Three pools: the family indoor pool with a baby pool, the outdoor pool with a sunbathing area, and the relaxation pool in the “Badeschlössl” wellness area, featuring 2 saunas and 2 steam rooms, along with relaxation rooms.
How are prices calculated?
Per person per day, plus a local tax of €2.60 per day per person aged 15 and older.
What is included in the Schiestls ¾ Pampering Board?
Late-Riser Breakfast (7:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m.), daily afternoon snack (1:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m., homemade cakes, juices, teas), and dinner (6:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.) featuring a wide selection of salads, a 5-course menu of your choice, themed buffets, and an exclusive Sunday dinner.
Is there an option without half-board or full-board?
Yes, room and breakfast (R&B) without the ¾ gourmet board plan—in that case, the price is reduced by €15.00 per person per day.
How much is the discount for children?
In the parents' room: free for children up to age 6; 50% discount for ages 7–11; 30% discount for ages 12–15; no discount for ages 16 and older. Applies when two full-paying guests are staying; does not apply to family apartments.
How can I pay?
Cash or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, EC Cash).
Reservations & Cancellations
What are the cancellation policies?
Free of charge up to 14 days before arrival; 50% from 14 days prior; 70% from 5 days prior; 90% of the travel price in case of no-show or early departure. Only written cancellations are valid.
What are the benefits of booking directly?
Late check-out with access to the spa until 5:00 p.m. (room check-out by 11:00 a.m.), personalized advice, hassle-free rebooking, consideration of room preferences (without a guarantee of a specific room number or floor), and the best cancellation policies.
Can I choose a specific room number or floor?
No, only the booked room category is guaranteed; no specific room number or floor is guaranteed.
When can I check in, and when do I have to check out?
Check-in starts at 2:00 p.m.; check-out is by 11:00 a.m. For guests booking directly: Rooms must also be vacated by 11:00 a.m., but you may use the spa facilities until 5:00 p.m. (late check-out with spa access).

Yes, parking is free. If you prefer to park in the underground garage, the fee is €10.00 per day.

Yes, upon advance notice at the time of reservation. Cost: €15.00 per day, excluding food; an additional €150.00 for final cleaning in case of significant soiling. Pets are not allowed in the dining room or the wellness area.
